ABOUT US :

We are a cheese + charcuterie focused catering business located in AUSTIN, TX, creating artfully designed boards for all occasions + events of every size. 

At SPREAD & CO., all our JAMS / MARMALADES, PICKLES, MUSTARDS + CRACKERS are made from scratch and rotate with the seasons. All other components are American-made and local whenever possible! 

HOW DOES THIS WORK ?

All of our hand-crafted spreads are served on hand-cut boards (which you can keep afterwards!) & come in a compostable kraft box which can be easily dissembled to take the board out. ALL DELIVERED RIGHT TO YOUR DOOR!* We even provide knives for the cheese and mini spoons for the little jars of jam / mustard / etc. Our goal is to take all the stress off the party planner! You don't have to worry about a single thing! 

Our boards come in  T H R E E  sizes :

14" x 10" : Serves 4-6+ -- $75

19" x 14" : Serves 10-15+ -- $170

26" x 18" : Serves 25-30+ -- $300

Other options :

  • We love to do custom installations as well! If you have a piece in mind, we can create a custom spread on whatever you like.
  • We can accommodate any number of people. Whether it be a work function, private party, wedding, you name it! Just shoot us an email and we can talk details!
  • Boards as gifts is also a popular option -- you can even include a personalized note, free of charge.

HOW do i order?

Simply click on the "ORDER" button in our navigation bar at the top, tell us a little about your party, how many people, any allergies, special requests, etc. and we will get back to you as soon as possible! 

*Please note we need a minimum of one weeks notice at this time*

**There will be a 10% charge for all RUSH ORDERS (anything under 48 hours) and that is IF we have the ability to fit you in. We will of course try our hardest!!! :)

baked brie for the holidays!

  • We're adding fresh baked brie to our offerings for the month of November + December -- they make the perfect party appetizer or gift for your favorite host!
  • $18 / each or $15 with the order of one of our boards
  • Add a mini jar of house-made jam or local honey for $5
  • Each brie is wrapped in house-made puff pastry dough. All you need to do is lightly brush with butter and stick it in the oven at 425° until golden brown!

FAQ

Where do you guys source your cheese?

We like to focus on local + American-made cheeses. Mainly Texas, California, Vermont + Wisconsin 

How do you choose the accouterments on the boards? 

We choose the accouterments based off what is in season, and what will complement the cheeses + charcuterie in the best way possible. We are so inspired by the rotating seasons, and this way you can never get bored!  

What do you guys make yourselves and what do you outsource?

Local honey, fresh fruit, artisan cheeses + charcuterie are outsourced.

Mustards, pickles, jams/marmalades/chutneys/jellies, + mini toasts/crackers are all made from scratch.

Should I keep my board in the fridge? What temperature should it be served at?

You are welcome to keep your board in the fridge, but we recommend taking it out about 45 minutes before you plan to serve / eat it. Cheese should be served at room temperature in order to get the full flavor!
