Where do you guys source your cheese?
We like to focus on local + American-made cheeses. Mainly Texas, California, Vermont + Wisconsin
How do you choose the accouterments on the boards?
We choose the accouterments based off what is in season, and what will complement the cheeses + charcuterie in the best way possible. We are so inspired by the rotating seasons, and this way you can never get bored!
What do you guys make yourselves and what do you outsource?
Local honey, fresh fruit, artisan cheeses + charcuterie are outsourced.
Mustards, pickles, jams/marmalades/chutneys/jellies, + hummus are all made from scratch.
Should I keep my board in the fridge? What temperature should it be served at?
You are welcome to keep your board in the fridge, but we recommend taking it out about 30-45 minutes before you plan to serve / eat it. Cheese should be served at room temperature in order to get the full flavor!
Do y'all offer gift cards?
YES! We currently offer e-gift cards through Square. Simply follow this link : https://squareup.com/gift/6ZF3DCENQMM1S/order then you enter in the amount you'd like to give, along the recipients email address and then it goes straight to their inbox (you can choose the date you'd like it to send).
